not start me talking about how things are going since I left. Today I will speak wonderful experience that was the two-day homestay with the family Yoshihara, consisting of mother, father, two daughters aged 23 and 28 years and two dogs (and a turtle) on 18 and 19 April.
His mother and younger daughter came to pick me on Saturday afternoon at one o'clock, and took me to see the sea first, then the fish market to take things to the sashimi we ate the night (delicious *. *). The place was fantastic. There was a small shop, a bit 'of places to eat, there were cages with the rabbits *.* pucciosissimi. The thing that surprised me more than what the market was the almost total absence of the classic fishy odor that I'm used to going in part to the stalls they sell it in Venice. Finished what I have brought it home to put down their luggage, then the two daughters took me a bit 'around in the car (Mai, the youngest daughter, loves to drive, and does so in a totally relaxed. In the sense that Sometimes it seemed almost magnificence in the chair at home) and took me to see that there is a Buddhist temple on a hill not far away. Across the street from the temple I saw a long straight with a long line of toor, and when I asked if there was ever a temple at the top, she said that was the fox. Too bad, I would have liked to see him go (for the uninitiated: here the foxes are not animals so much appreciated. More than anything else for that especially once it was thought that they were actually human beings who loved to turn into fool people until his death) Then of course that day, my camera was left in the backpack (I did not know we were going to that place, I thought we were going at it alone go shopping) so no photos.
the evening we ate sashimi, a huge pot of a type of sushi made with rice and eggs, and somen, which are Japanese noodles that are run in like a car full of ice water and to be taken "on the fly "with chopsticks only to be" dunked "in a small bowl with the sauce and then eaten. The dinner was really delicious ^ ^. Then after dinner I went Never with a volleyball game with an amateur group that you think meets once a week or so. I have done only one hour of heating, then when the game was about to begin came Miki (older sister) to get me and I returned home. That night was the first time in my life where I used a kotatsu (Japanese low tables with a blanket that is heated electrically *.* *.* I want one too)
The next day we left at 8 am After Nagasaki, a city notorious but well worth at least one lap. That day I ate for the first time (a homestay full of first experiences ^ ^ better, no?) The omuraisu (or Homer, or omelette Sauteed with rice). Good, for God's sake, but to eat breakfast at 9 am as ...
arrived in Nagasaki we went straight to the Peace Park, where I did most of the photos. The park is very nice, but has a charm terribly sad. After that we went to a nearby park indicating the location of the epicenter of the explosion. The next stop was the atomic bomb museum which displays the remains of some structures and objects found after the explosion. After the museum we went a bit 'around the city, since Nagasaki is the birthplace of their parents. To eat we went to Chinatown (O_o;) then we took a ride, before heading for home. In the evening we ate at a family restaurant called joyful, then took me home.
has been a truly magnificent, all members of the family were stragentili with me, and I have also done a lot of gifts °///°. It was also a close-knit family, and above all fun. I came to think that even with a family so I would not mind doing homestay every three months.
This has been my experience finesettimanale, who repeat it without thinking twice, and leave me a really good memory ^ ^
Until next time ...
